David is a HSE professional with 26 years of experience in all aspects of health and safety operations in a wide range of industries Engineering Services, Construction, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Facility Management with many years of proven success enhancing health and safety procedures for companies such as MITIE, Amazon, McVities and FMC Health and Nutrition.

With an BSc in Occupational Health and Safety and NEBOSH Diploma he has helped businesses to develop and implement management systems to achieve and maintain relevant sector accreditations, including SSIP and ISO.

Conor Kelly

Group Chief Financial Officer


Conor Kelly has been with Glenevin Ltd since August 2020, overseeing the significant growth of the company in recent years. Conor has progressed from the role of Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer, to now Group Chief Financial Officer following the restructure of Glenevin Ltd as part of the LIMM Holdings Limited group.

Graduating from the University of Ulster with a degree in Business Studies, specialising in accounting, has led to a pathway in the financial understanding of businesses within industries such as Construction and Utilities over the last 7 years. Working previously for Clarke Contracts Ltd, the knowledge gained has enabled Conor to make assessments and decisions knowing the requirements of both smaller and larger contractors.

Developing financial models and systems to assist in the decision-making process, alongside the implementation of structured policies and procedures, are the foundations Conor uses to operate the finance function in an efficient and effective manner.

Dai Williams

Operations Director, South


Dai Williams has over 30 years’ experience in the telecoms industry. Joining Openreach in 2003, Dai has delivered FTTP nationally and at all scales, leading Openreach’s flagship London fibre programmes, and driving the development and adoption of new technologies and build methods within this unique delivery environment.

Prior to joining Glenevin, Dai led the Southern FTTP programme for Circet, Europe’s largest telecoms contractor – leading on efforts to engage more broadly with both Openreach and altnet opportunities.

Gordon Christison

Business Development Director


Gordon Christison has 45 years of business development and operational management experience in a range of quality focussed industries spanning precision engineering, semiconductors, power and renewable energy.

With an MBA with distinction from Edinburgh Napier University he has been involved in organisational development, systems and management associated with developing, contracting and constructing renewable energy projects for the last 15 years and was instrumental in the success of several global organisations operating across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Scandinavia and Europe. He specialises in business transformation and previously worked with M Group, Nordex Acciona, Senvion and Panasonic and in consulting roles. He is also a Director of Volt Group (Scotland) Ltd.

Gus Hughes

Renewables Director


Gus Hughes has 20 years of strategy development, transformation and operational leadership experience. From a prior career in financial services, with Aviva and Hiscox, Gus joined BT on their accelerated leadership programme – with experiences in Lean six sigma and value chain engineering; automation and data; organisational design; network planning and design; field service management; and scale transformation.

Prior to joining Glenevin, Gus led on the mobilisation of key contracts and programmes for Circet, Europe’s largest telecoms contractor, taking personal ownership of their MDU fibre build programme in the UK.

Gus is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, being a European Diversity Award winner and a current director of the York Mind mental health charity.

David Horsley

Senior Commercial Director


An experienced professional with over 20 years experience in financial control, quantity surveying and commercial management, David is the Senior Commercial Director for Glenevin Ltd, responsible for the commercial team, contract governance and commercial processes for the business.

Prior to this role, David was employed as the Regional Commercial Manager and Commercial Lead for various Contracts including Frameworks with Scottish Water and National Grid and the roll out of Smart meter installation for E.ON.

David originally joined Morrison Utility Services to set up a new Rail Division in 2013, establishing the required procedures and processes for this new business, and leading on the tendering for key new contracts.

Prior to joining Morrison Utility Services, David spent 13 years working with various Rail business including Volker Rail, Babcock, Westinghouse and Jarvis. During his time in these businesses he undertook commercial roles on various projects associated with Signalling, Power, Track and Overhead Line operating under various forms of contracts including NEC, MF/1 and IChemE. These roles varied from looking after portfolios of projects across the business of varying sizes plus more significant individual projects up to £70m in value.

David is a qualified Management Accountant since 2003 and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. David completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution with merit in June 2018 and has previous academic qualifications including a Post Graduate Certificate in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying in 2013 and a BA in Accounting and Finance in 1998.
